If you send me an inquiry via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided, will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I do not share this data without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The message is sent via the email server of STRATO GmbH and reaches me in my mailbox at Gmail (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The automatic confirmation to you is sent via STRATO GmbH.
This website is hosted on a virtual server of STRATO GmbH (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. Fonts are delivered from this server; no connection to Google Fonts is made. The website only sets technically necessary cookies (language setting, form protection). When visiting this website, server log files are automatically created (IP address, browser type, date/time). This data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted after 7 days at the latest. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
I measure with my own solution which pages are read, how far people scroll and what is clicked. This happens without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without third-party services. What is stored: the page visited, the kind of interaction (for example scroll depth, time on page, a click on a button), the language, the device class (phone, tablet, desktop), the referring website and a daily pseudonym. The pseudonym is calculated from a secret key, the IP address and the browser type and changes every day, so you cannot be recognised across several days. The IP address and the browser type themselves are not stored. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is measured. The data is deleted after 13 months. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the website).
You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time. For this and other questions about personal data, you can contact me at any time at the address given in the legal notice.
